Hayden Panettiere wraps up summer with pink and green hair: ‘Watermelon vibes’

She’s on a watermelon sugar high.

Hayden Panettiere debuted a colorful new look as she shared two photos of her latest hairstyle on Instagram Monday, rocking green roots in her bright pink hair.

“Love my new watermelon 🍉 vibes up top! Thanks @erickohair you’re the best! Xoxo” she captioned the pics.

While the “Nashville” alum, 34, rocked pink locks in a “pink hair don’t care!” photo taken on September 2, the green roots are a new addition to her style.

She wore a classic button-down denim shirt in the photos, looking fresh-faced with a nude lip, a hint of peach blush and shimmery pink eye makeup.

Fans were into the pastel look, like one who wrote, “Oh I love the fun hair sooooo much 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 and it’s perfect rolling into Breast Cancer awareness month:)”

“you hair looks SOOO cool hayden! i love it so much” another added, with a third fan writing, “You are PERFECT!!! I love it! Even your skin is SKINNING 😍❤️💚.”

Her colorful style is a playful departure for the normally blond actress, who told Women’s Health in April that she suffered from hair loss in 2019 due to her struggle with alcohol addiction.

The actress rocked her usual blond hair color for the premiere of “Scream 6” in March.

“My hair was thin and coming out in clumps,” she said in the cover story, adding, “I hit 30. My face was swollen. I had jaundice. My eyes were yellow. I had to go to a liver specialist.”

The “Scream” actress, who has been sober for two years, told the mag she went through “eight months of intensive therapy” after her health began to fail.

“My body was like, ‘Enough’,” she said.

These days, the “Heroes” star is looking pretty — and healthy — in pink.
